When does the customer receive the AWB number?
The customer receives the AWB number when the order is processed and handed over to the courier. Usually, this happens:

What can the customer do if they haven't received the AWB number?
If the AWB hasn't been received, the customer can:
- Check their email and spam folder – many stores automatically send the tracking number.
- Log into their customer account on the store's website and check the “My Orders” section.
- Contact the online store's customer service and request the AWB number.
