What is an AWB Number?
The AWB number is a unique tracking code assigned to a package by the courier company.
When does the customer receive the AWB number?
The customer receives the AWB number when the order is processed and handed over to the courier. Usually, this happens:
- after the order is confirmed by the online store,
- when the package is packed and ready for shipment.
Usually, the AWB is sent by email as a confirmation of the package shipment to the recipient.

What can the customer do if they haven't received the AWB number?
If the AWB hasn't been received, the customer can:
- Check their email and spam folder – many stores automatically send the tracking number.
- Log into their customer account on the store's website and check the “My Orders” section.
- Contact the online store's customer service and request the AWB number.
